Redline reinforces Training and Development with the appointment of a dedicated Training & Recruitment Manager
Redline Group, the specialist technology-industry Recruitment and Retention Consultants, have reinforced their commitment to the highest standards of training and development with the appointment of Aaron Keep, a 10-year veteran of the sector, to head up all aspects of professional and personal development for all employees.
Aaron Keep, an MREC qualified recruiter and manager from within the technology sector, will ensure not only the adherence to all legal & ethical requirements but will reinforce and enhance the dedication to the best possible practice in client and candidate service, making what can increasingly be a detached process into a professional, personal and positive result for all parties. With its steady core of 30+ industry and technically qualified consultants already on board, Keep’s mission is to ensure Redline’s growth to 70 staff over the next three years incorporates the best of Redline’s 20 years of experience and history, whilst introducing the cream of contemporary service and operation into the business.
