My client is involved in a range of control systems and automation technologies particularly for liquid process industries such as Oil & Gas, Fine Chemicals & Petrochemical. They offer a range of hardware and advanced software solutions for the process control environment and are regarded as a leading brand in this sector. They are increasing their footprint in the Abu Dhabi / Middle East arena with further hires in advanced process control solutions including an MES Team Leader and APC consultant.
The MES Team Leader is focussed on driving a range of Manufacturing Execution Systems projects in the Middle East region and taking control of all aspects of the advanced solutions business in that region. More broadly this encompasses people management & multiple project team management, resource management (people, skills & financial resource), cost management, sales support (including joint pre-sales presentations, creating proposals and assistance with technology selection) and Management Reporting. You will manage and lead a number of MES project managers and engineers co-ordinating and optimsing their efforts from a divisional standpoint with productivity, time management and billability.
We are seeking to identify Project Managers and Senior Project Managers who have come from a Manufacturing Execution Systems background and have led teams of project delivery engineers and been in charge of MES technical implementation and possibly even pre-sales consultancy. Ideally degree qualified you will have at least a 10-12 year track record and have a good sense of both the technical, commercial and resource requirements for technology businesses in the process control and MES fields. Prior experience of MES projects is essential for this role but we are very happy to consider MES candidates from any industry sector including: Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Semiconductors and others.
This role is of strategic importance to the region hence a senior package is on offer including base salary, full relocation, substantial housing allowance, private medical for family, flights to the UK annually, bonus, childrens schooling costs, generous holiday allowance etc equalling £80-110k TAX FREE.
