Engineering Focus The recruitment of 3 Project Engineers  - Chemical, Electrical and Packaging – for their European Centre of Engineering excellence. Technical/Quality/NPD Focus This entailed the recruitment of 5 mature Science graduates with industry experience to embark upon a management scheme. All 5 positions were recruited at an Assessment Centre from a shortlist of 8. “It was essential for a decent crop of candidates to embark on the scheme this year. Faccenda have recently engaged Redline in the recruitment of several key roles within the business, this included the recruitment of a Production Manager and a Planning Manager.
