This entailed the recruitment of 5 mature Science graduates with industry experience to embark upon a management scheme. All 5 positions were recruited at an Assessment Centre from a shortlist of 8.

Faccenda have recently engaged Redline in the recruitment of several key roles within
the business, this included the recruitment of a Production Manager and a Planning Manager.
Redline were given key objectives and a specific brief when recruiting for Faccenda. It was important they understood and articulated our visions and values, the management competences and also the specialist skills required for each role.

Senior Operations team – Manufacturing Manager, HR Manager, Logistics Manager.
This was an interesting challenge as the Company required some heavyweight professionals to deal with the transition from a private predominantly ‘own label’ company dealing with wholesalers and regional multiples to a branded product –‘RED SQUARE’ manufacturer needing to handle the demands and standards expected by the major national multiples. These candidates were again recruited within one month.
